It’s Labour Day, which means lots of eating and barbecuing… and also a lot of time to do some experimenting in the kitchen.
Which brings me to these salted dark chocolate chunk cookies.
This cookie will blow your mind. Seriously. I ate these for breakfast… that’s how good they are. Buttery, crunchy on the outside, gooey on the inside. It’s probably the dark chocolate (I used Lindt) and fleur de sel that make this so interesting, both just bringing the cookie to another level.
The perfect cookie? Perhaps…
