Lawd. I made my first paleta, and it was glorious!!

Today was a super hot day… which meant a form of ice cream was in order. Guess I felt a bit adventurous today so I decided to make key lime pie paletas!

All you need are 6 ingredients, 5 of which you dump together in a bowl, then transfer to a popsicle mold.

So easy, and the flavour is delicious. A good mix of tart and sweet, held together by the creamy milk. Great finish with the graham cracker crumbs.

Ingredients

3/4 cup lime juice
2 teaspoons lime zest
1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup half-and-half (or, 1/2 cup heavy cream + 1/2 cup milk)
Pinch of salt
3 cups coarsely crushed graham crackers
